The problem
The news organization needed a robust website capable of supporting high traffic, delivering a smooth and intuitive reading experience, and enabling non-technical staff to publish and manage content with ease.
What we built
Building on top of WordPress, Dual set up a secure and scalable website customized to the organization’s brand identity. The team also provided hands-on training for editors and content managers, while ensuring strong cybersecurity measures and performance optimizations.

Results
The site Dual built and manages has served 2.6 million page views over the past year, averaging about 3,300 readers a day and handling peaks of more than 12,700 in a single day without slowing down. Dual's caching and performance setup delivers nearly three-quarters of all traffic without touching the server, keeping pages fast for readers in the Philippines, the US and Singapore. Dual's security hardening and DDoS protection blocked more than 13,000 malicious requests, while the editorial team publishes on its own with the training Dual provided.
