From problem to production.
The problem
HGDC's records were split across legacy exports and database dumps, with contracts going back to the 1990s. Lot sales on cash, installment and level-payment plans, agent commissions, interments and deed processing all had to be tracked accurately for thousands of customers.
What we built
A secure back-office platform for HGDC's staff covering lot and columbarium inventory, contracts and payment schedules, collections with official receipts, contract amendments and transfers, interments and exhumations, and the full Deed of Sale workflow through notarization. It also includes a general ledger, about 20 financial and inventory reports, and role-based access with audit logs. Dual has built and maintained it since 2024.

Results
More than 16,000 properties and over 10,000 customer accounts now run on a single platform. Records going back to the 1990s were migrated from the legacy system, so the full history of every property and customer is in one place.
