The problem
The leading competitor in the region suffers from horrible interface design and lack of customizability, leading to poor manufacturing times and patient confusion.
What we built
Dual built a web-based platform streamlining communication between the manufacturing laboratory, dental practitioners, and patients. The platform includes 3D model uploads, treatment plan visualization, order tracking, and automated notifications. It includes in-browser viewers for 3D bite scans, upper and lower arch scans, and dental X-rays.

Vue, Laravel, Cloud Hosting, Managed Support.
Results
More than 1,000 aligner orders have gone through the platform, from over 300 partner clinics treating more than 1,000 patients. Clinicians and the lab review cases together in built-in viewers for 3D bite scans, upper and lower arch scans and dental X-rays, all in the browser with no separate software.
